Nhi Tran
Licensee Salesperson
Born and raised in Vietnam, Nhi moved to New Zealand and built her life, business and family here. After living in both Wellington and Auckland, she is proud to call the North Shore home.
Before real estate, Nhi spent more than a decade self-employed in the beauty and hospitality industries, running her own spa and café. Managing everything from sales and marketing to finances, operations and staff taught her how to listen, solve problems, handle pressure and take responsibility for the outcome. Most of all, it taught her that people remember how you made them feel, especially when things don't go to plan. It's a lesson she brings to every client relationship.
Nhi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, which gives her a trained eye for spatial design, presentation and potential. She looks at a property the way a designer would, seeing how it flows, how it shows, and where its value can be lifted, and uses that to shape how each home is positioned and marketed.
Buying or selling a home is rarely just about property. It's often a major life decision, and Nhi treats it that way. Hands-on, organised and solution-focused, she backs her advice with market data and builds a clear plan for every client rather than following a standard process. Her clients can count on her from the first conversation through to settlement, and beyond.
Friends describe Nhi as fierce, focused and hardworking, someone who knows what she wants and doesn't give up easily. They'll also tell you she's fiercely loyal, cares deeply about the people around her, and has a playful side. Her values are integrity, honesty, care, hard work and accountability: doing what she says she'll do, being upfront even when the conversation is difficult, and always putting her clients' best interests first.
What Nhi loves most about real estate is that every person, family and property has a different story. Whether she's helping a first-home buyer, a family moving into their next chapter, a downsizer, or a vendor working through a difficult sale, she loves helping people make big moves with confidence. On the North Shore, she's building her business around the community she lives in, and she wants to be the person locals turn to for honest advice about selling, buying, investing, or simply understanding the market.
Her philosophy is simple: be genuine, work hard, give great advice, and treat every client the way she'd want her own family to be treated. Clients for life, not clients for a commission.
