217b Eskdale Road BIRKENHEAD, North Shore City

In search of a tradesman wishing to purchase a home with potential. Make no mistake this property will require a full re-clad over the coming years which is why experienced tradesman are sought as the ideal purchaser. Yes its cheap - yes it sounds like an unbelievable deal.
How much to re-clad? Goodness knows which is why it is attention all builders. High equity purchasers only. NB due to the over whelming response on this one with questions already noted please read the above and note that this is deemed a leaky home and requires a full re clad at some stage. I do not know the costings of re cladding nor would i speculate on any costs. The buyer for this needs to be a tradesman that is capable of rectifying the problem.
