12b Beatrice Avenue HILLCREST, North Shore City

Huge potential with this one. Very generous classic 3 bedroom bungalow with all the charm of yesteryear. Offering double bedrooms, formal dining or potential 4th bedroom, lock up garage, garden sheds and plenty of off street parking. Facing due north to maximize the all day sun it also offers a wrap around deck for the summer BBQ"s or evening glass of wine. I have just sold a home next door to this one of similar age and size although redecorated for $100,000 more than this one is listed for so if you are seeking a bargain then this is it. Our motivated vendors have priced this one to sell and an offer a settlement prior to Xmas. Hot Hot Hot CALL DARRYN ON: 021647420 or 09-4412665
