16 Woodside Avenue NORTHCOTE, North Shore City

Gracious and elegant.
This sophisticated, turn-of-the-century, double-storey villa has been lovingly restored to create a limited edition home, of unrivaled quality. And in the process, the original grace of the era has been rediscovered.
High ornate ceilings, polished wide Kauri floors and exquisite light fittings make this landmark property a souvenir of by-gone years.
Impeccably renovated with a French theme in mind, this home has featured in both Home and Garden and Next magazines.
The light-filled parlour with its decorative ceiling, once used as ball room, is currently a studio for renowned portrait photographer Michelle Moir.
The homely kitchen combined with the family lounge, flows to a tranquil Renaissance garden and outdoor dining area.
Four bedrooms and office, two bathrooms and powder-room.

Built in 1896, set back from the road in a quiet, affordable Northcote street with smart city access.
