102 Tender Road DAIRY FLAT, Rodney

Be quick- this is what rural living is all about! This welcoming 3 bedroom home plus office (or 4th bedroom), is situated at the end of a long driveway, and has no road noise or close neighbours and lots of off street parking and turning space next to the double garage and workshop. You feel welcome the moment you step through the gates. The outdoor entertainment area to the front of the home is private, sunny and sheltered. There is a petanque court and a conversation pit.
The master has an ensuite and there is a separate formal lounge. The country sized kitchen is well set out and leads onto a large dining area and a step down spacious lounge, both with outstanding rural outlooks. There are balconies off the lounge and a private courtyard and spa out from the master bedroom.
Aptly named Kauri Whispers this tranquil retreat is just waiting for new owners. Do not miss out this is a reluctant sale due to a change in the owner's family circumstances. Pre-auction offers will be considered. Phone today to make an appointment or view at my advertised open home times.
