For a house to feel like love, it must be well loved.

You can build a house to look like love, you can dress a house to look like love, but the feel, the embrace, the frequency, that feeling, that transforms a house from a structure into a vibrant expression of life itself, can only come from love, and this cannot be faked.

The above paragraph was the result of a series of conversations I had with an architect many years ago, and I have been waiting since then to use it. I am using it now because 22 Hava Place is a perfect example of that summary.

It also answered an important question that I had been asking myself prior to first visiting the property, which was, 'is there a point of difference in this property when compared with its contemporaries, that will shine through the usual marketing landscape and connect this home with its new owner?'

In the case of many homes designed and built relatively recently, the answer is often no, they are very similar, but in this case, I needn't have worried, for a recent new-build, this home is very different.

So, I could get AI to instantly create an ad, showcasing the high-quality design, superior construction, inspiring layout, sense of space, architectural philosophy and connection to community, and it would make me sound like a professional copywriter. We could even throw in a few classy brand names like Bosch etc just to be extra fancy. It would all be true, but they would still just be the features that make us the same as the others. I however, want to tell you why this home genuinely deserves your attention.

It's because, for the last four years our awesome vendors have proactively engaged in their lives, along with friends, family, extended family, and new family, and have taken a home that was indeed designed specifically for them to do this, and infused it with an extraordinary volume of love, laughter, joy and hope. Make no mistake, that when we say you can feel the love in this home, we mean you can feel it in the house itself.

Rest assured, everything you would expect, need, and indeed want in this sort of equation is here in spades. But if I were choosing my next home, the one thing I would wish for, is indeed the one thing that I know has the ability to enhance our lives on a daily basis, at such a core level that's it's a game changer. I would choose a house like this one, with all the mods cons PLUS the one massive difference from the others, being that not only does this home look like love, it feels like love.

I'm looking forward to the moment that I am in no doubt is coming, sometime in the next few weeks, when this home reaches out and taps its next owner on the shoulder and says, hey, it's me, you did it, you found me, you're home.

Spoiler alert - Here's what you will find. Four generous bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, an inspired layout, top quality fittings, heavenly appliances, open plan living, outdoor entertaining, exceptional garaging, far too many local amenities to list here, oh except for the Titirangi Golf Course, which apparently is a bit of a big deal. The house itself is in fantastic condition. It's at the end of the cul-de-sac and looks out over a bush reserve giving you privacy, and an outlook not often found in similar properties. There is a wealth of choice on offer via the local shopping precinct (including the gorgeously refurbished New World), and don't even get me started when it comes to parks, west coast beaches, sport fields, community organisations, and malls.
