Brylee Schubert
Licensee Salesperson
Born and raised in Auckland and a proud local resident for more than a decade, Brylee has deep roots in the community she serves. It is where she is raising her family, has built strong community connections, and where she truly feels at home.
With a background spanning leasing, early childhood education, administration, design and professional photography, Brylee brings a unique skill set to real estate. Her experience as a Head Teacher honed her communication, organisation, empathy and patience, while her time working alongside contractors and in her family’s building inspection business gave her an early understanding of property, construction and the importance of detail. Coupled with her design and photography expertise, she has a sharp eye for presentation, marketing and visual storytelling that helps showcase every property at its best.
What sets Brylee apart is her genuine care for people and commitment to building long-term relationships, not just completing transactions. Down-to-earth and approachable, she wants clients to feel comfortable, heard and fully supported through what can be a stressful process. Doing a great job isn’t optional for her. It’s something she takes immense pride in.
Driven by values of integrity, honesty, kindness and reliability, Brylee treats every client the way she would want her own family treated, always acting in their best interests. She loves being part of key life milestones, whether it’s helping first-home buyers, growing families or those starting a new chapter, and considers it a privilege to guide people towards their property goals.
Friends and family describe Brylee as warm, genuine, hardworking and dependable, with a good sense of humour and a natural desire to help others. As a local mum and active member of the community, she understands that real estate is about more than property. It’s about people, lifestyle and finding the right fit. Building trust and lasting relationships with her clients is at the heart of everything she does.
