Rebecca Cook

Born and raised on the North Shore, Rebecca grew up in Long Bay and attended Torbay Primary, Northcross Intermediate and Westlake Girls. Having lived on the Coast most of her life, she has a deep appreciation for the lifestyle – from the beaches and local cafes to the relaxed, friendly community feel.

Before real estate, Rebecca spent 30 years in organisational psychology, HR, and health, safety and wellbeing, working in senior leadership roles for major organisations including Fletcher Building, 2degrees, CBRE, Fonterra and Serco. This background means [she] truly understands people – how they think, decide and behave under pressure – and brings well-honed skills in communication, negotiation and reading the room to every campaign.
